When the sun drops low over Daytona Beach and the neon starts humming, there’s no place that feels more alive than the legendary Broken Spoke Saloon. Come evening, the trees light up like something out of a two-wheeled fairy tale — glowing strands overhead, chrome reflecting every color, pipes rumbling through the warm Florida air. The beer’s cold, the music’s loud, and the crowd? Pure throttle therapy. And this year it cranked up another notch with Dave Perewitz celebrating his 75th birthday right in the heart of it all. What a party. Builders, riders, old-school legends and young guns raising a glass to a man who’s shaped more metal and memories than most of us could in three lifetimes. It wasn’t just a birthday — it was a full-blown biker family reunion under the lights, engines echoing into the night, reminding everyone why we keep coming back to this sacred ground every single year.
