For photographers Jack McIntyre and Chopper Dave, motorcycle rallies have been part of life since the late ’90s. For more than 25 years, these two have been dragging cameras through rallies, bike shows, bars, parking lots, custom shops, and just about anywhere motorcycles and interesting people come together, and they’ve got no plans of stopping anytime soon.

When you open a motorcycle magazine or hit a website and see hundreds of rally photographs, somebody had to be standing there to capture every one of them. Sometimes that means walking miles through a rally with thousands of dollars of camera gear hanging off your shoulders. Other times it means planting yourself in one spot for hours, watching motorcycles roll past and patiently waiting for THE SHOT, because experienced photographers know you can’t force a great moment. You have to recognize it when it happens.

You can usually spot Jack and Dave pretty easily. Two high-end DSLR cameras hanging from their shoulders, moving fast, watching everything, and always looking for the next shot. While everybody else is enjoying the rally, these guys are working it, documenting the motorcycles, builders, personalities, craziness, and people who make this lifestyle what it is.

Smile. Wave. Throw those arms up. Give them some attitude. Fire up that beautiful machine and let your personality come through.
