And so it begins. Daytona’s fall rally, Biketoberfest. The history, evolution, and excitement behind Daytona’s Biketoberfest — the autumn motorcycle rally that brings riders back to Florida at the “end of summer” for a few days of two-wheel fun.
Daytona’s Biketoberfest®, now celebrating its 33rd year in 2025, has grown from a small fall gathering in the early ’90s into one of America’s most anticipated motorcycle rallies. Held each October in Daytona Beach, Florida, it offers the perfect mix of warm sunshine, ocean breezes, and high-octane excitement to mark the end of summer. Riders from across the country roll in to enjoy live music, custom bike shows, scenic rides like the Ormond Loop, racing at Daytona International Speedway, and the nonstop energy along Main Street and Destination Daytona. What began as a way to extend Daytona’s famous Bike Week spirit into the fall has become a beloved tradition of roaring engines, camaraderie, chrome, and unforgettable memories — the ultimate long-weekend celebration of motorcycle culture under the Florida sun.
The kickoff parties are always a smash, follow along as Chopper Dave had his camera rolling for all of the pre-fun.
