The really cool thing about the rallies, Daytona, Sturgis, Myrtle, Laconia, and all of the others in Texas, New York State, including all of the 4 day events in Florida, plus many many more… You can go to these events and be who you are.

My friends ask me all the time about having attended so many rallies since the 90’s, aren’t they dangerous, lots of fights, and so on. My honest answer as someone who watches these events through a camera lens is, absolutely not. Being perfectly honest, since the mid 90’s, I have only ever seen one man punch another & that was because he was being an ass at a bar, he was tossed out. I’ve been in gatherings with the Hells Angels, Warlocks, Outlaws, Doctors, Nurses, Bankers, Plumbers, and all kinds. NEVER an issue & as a matter of fact, bikers are the worlds most generous people supporting more charities than I can even mention. So there, that’s my rant on that.

Back to my post, lol. The rallies are about fun, self expression, your favorite outfit, getting a little wet, laughing with your partner. With that said, the 83rd Daytona Bikeweek approaches. Be there if you can, take it all in, take lots of pictures and create memories. We aren’t on this planet very long.
