Well I’ve said it each year… what you are about to see is flat out NUTS. Keep an open mind when looking at the images from Chopper Dave. This is an event, long running & very popular, but it’s a total ADULT ONLY festival so keep that in mind. These are just regular people letting it all hang out, literally.
