Daytona is a very special place, it may mean beach to some, but to people like me, it’s the roar of a v-twin & friends. My idea of a great Bikeweek or Biketoberfest is staying at that one special place near the beach, no matter where that may be, and then joining up with all of my friends from country wide at the Broken Spoke.
Go into my Daytona galleries & check out the Broken Spoke over all the years. I’ll be there again this year because it’s my comfort zone, there’s no better biker bar anywhere, in my opinion. https://bikerpics.smugmug.com/DAYTONA-EVENTS
Some time ago, here in my home town of Philadelphia, I gave my friends a ring at Lucky Charm Choppers about a shoot idea I had. My goal was to roll a bike into the Eastern State Penitentiary (click on this link to see more), an incredible place loaded with incredible history.
Anyway, we took the bike in, did a really amazing shoot with a beautiful young lady, Charmaine, and part way through our shoot, we had to depart because they were having Paranormal activity, crazy right?
Here is a link to the shoot, I hope you enjoy it.
Check out the Photos of our very own Floridian Photographer, Chopper Dave as he moved about the event from the OCC Museum, to the bikes & people at the event. CLICK HERE to see the entire gallery.
The Leesburg Bikefest seems to be one of the secrets of the South, even though its clearly one of the largest “small” events out there. You can tell by Chopper Dave’s images, huge crowds, great bands, custom motorcycles, and more. CLICK HERE to visit the photo gallery.
